Excellent packaging, easy to use
Very nice packaging. One ice gel is applied to the ankle area and the other to the leg itself. I have a swollen ankle and this is perfect for my swelling. I would recommend a high sock or towel against the skin, very cold at first, it comes with adjustable velcro straps which I don't need. The heat also tastes good. This is a very nice case.
