Suitable for the dress or long top
These leggings were purchased for my 9 year old (76 pounds, 55 inches). I ordered a size up as I don't like a little girl's leggings being skin tight. They were tight but not obscene. The fabric is thin but not so thin that the skin underneath is showing, but the shape and color of the shorts are visible so you can only wear them under a dress or long top.
- They work well with iform cakes
- ok i used it for halloween costumes and it worked
