I was skeptical when I first took it out of the box. He looked a bit thin. But as several people have pointed out in their reviews, I put it in the dryer on high for about 10 minutes and it fluffed up instantly! Light enough for summer. I caught a sale so I actually bought 2 of these. If necessary, I can double for the winter. Tip: If you want your queen bed to look luxurious, buy a king size duvet cover and insert!
