I should have taken a picture before packing. Hundreds of red sticking and blinking pixels. Against the green background it looked like Christmas. Nobody could miss it. It wasn't just one area, it was the entire screen. The shipping carton is undamaged, the corners are not broken off, the packaging material is intact. It doesn't seem to be due to poor handling. I started the return process immediately but left it on for a few more hours. After about 3 hours the whole screen started flashing on and off. I realize small issues will be overlooked, but this wasn't tested by anyone before it went out the door. You must have a very high acceptable rate of return and save money on testing.
