I'm the kind of person who needs some moving air around me. When we travel we like to take the inside cabin because it is so dark and quiet to sleep in, but there is very little air in these cabins. Some ships are starting to be more strict about which fans can be put onboard so I bought these thinking they would be safe as they didn't need to be plugged in. When I first turned it on I was admittedly a bit disappointed until I realized it was running at low speed. When I cranked it to the max it blew my hair back! I was so surprised that I could get so much air from such a small fan. They are not very loud, so I can use them in my office too. Great little fan!
