Look, I know blue lights work. However, my problem was that I needed OTC glasses because I am nearsighted. I had a habit of taking my glasses off when I was working on the computer because I would get headaches from just not having to wear prescription glasses when the screen was closed. I know blue light works because I've used blue light before. But what I really like is that it's not horribly yellow as you can tell straight away it's blue light lens and it's trendy! My co-workers keep picking up my glasses and putting them on because they're cute. I recommend!
