The ease in which you can create custom fields for your clients and sub-clients is one of my favorite things about this system. I also love how easy it was to get our accounting department up to speed quickly. There are some minor quirks here and there but nothing too major. We have been using this software since 2013 and we haven't had any issues thus far. It has helped us streamline processes across multiple departments within our organization.
