*Update: Contacted customer service to fix missing replacement jets. They were very helpful and gave me several options to fix the error. I asked about the missing replacement nibs, but I received a new set of styli with replacement nibs! Thanks for the great customer service. I will be buying more to use with my entire kindergarten class as this is a great product. 🥰 I bought them for kindergarten children. They are so cute and perfect for little hands. I also like that they are just a pen with no ambiguity. The only thing I didn't like was that they were supposed to come with replacement tips but I didn't get them. ☹️
