Broke in less than a month

Bought it as a graduation gift for my girlfriend. She loved it, but after wearing it for a month (maybe 3 times a week) and exactly a day after the return period closed, it broke. Can't figure out how to contact seller. Beautiful necklace, but be careful, it is short-lived!

The chain hasn't faded but the pendant has faded in a few days :(Look elsewhere
