I didn't order this as a diaper bag but as an art supplies organizer for my 4 year old. old granddaughter and so far it seems to be doing a great job and it's quite heavily loaded. I love how you can change up the storage a bit inside with the moveable dividers that are firmly attached with Velcro; The outer pockets are tight enough to hold items inside and loose enough to hold multiple items in each pocket. It can stand on her desk where she can access all her stuff, or it can be kept together and taken with her on the go. She loves the cute animal print.
