Small size in my opinion
I ordered 3 for my 3 girls. X-Extra Small says it fits 2T-4T, but it's more like 18months-2T. The leg holes are too big and the elastic is not of very good quality so it shows the girl's butt more than I would like. The one for my older girl has been washed several times and now has hooks on the skirt. I wish I had thought of returning them but now the return window is over.

- We have about 5 washes and it still fits great and our ballerina loves it.
