Received the product and tried to open the box and it came out right away. It was held by about 5 or 6 brackets. No doubt the jewelry stand looks "cute" but it is not durable at all. I had to glue the front drawer back on and it just doesn't work like it should. What's even worse is when I wrote a review before the company emailed me asking me to remove it because bad reviews could ruin their reputation. I deleted it because they promised me via email that they would refund my money. The refund never came and I think they think I'll forget. I understand why they don't want a bad review but if the jewelry stand works then everything is fine then the only problem the company might have is being honest or backing up what they say. It's taken me a while to write another review since filming the first one. Perhaps their product has improved since then and/or their customer service has improved. Just wanted to post this for someone before they buy it to think a little harder about how I should have done it.
