Unfortunately cheaply made my dad's ashes are gone

Well the necklace itself was beautiful but unfortunately very cheaply made and made on the day it was placed in my dad's urn , I put them on and it fell apart and the heart containing its ashes disappeared and I had a chain and a little lol pin that was supposed to hold the heart on the necklace. I should have known it was too good to be true for the price
