Poor quality is best for decorations

I was disappointed because when inflating the champagne balloon we found many very small tears along the front, back and bottom of the balloon. We tried sealing the holes with clear tape, which seemed to work, but there was an extra hole that we had a hard time finding, and the air from the balloons wouldn't stay inside. The balloons were good, I wouldn't recommend it.

Pros
