I like that it is easy for our team of 3 in sales/marketing who are not tech savvy! The interface can be confusing when you first start using but with training from support we have been able fix most issues very easily (and they always keep us up to date!). Not much dislike really - just wish there were more resources available within Salesforce related specifically around marketing campaigns etc. We use this software daily so far no complaints about performance or anything else which has made me feel good knowing my colleagues won't suffer any downtime due to technical errors either :).
