Received on 03/10/2018. Pleased with comfort, sound, battery life. In early June they suddenly turned off when I just touched the control case (no controls, just touch the case to move it). This started happening repeatedly; then sometimes they won't turn on for a few minutes. Whatever happened, it reduced battery life, or at least triggered early "low battery” warnings. Warranty replacements take several weeks without them, which is very frustrating. Until I decided to live with it. Disappointing.
