This blanket ruined my white blanket. I bought the deep red version and noticed that after a few days of use on my bed, the red had worn off, turning my beautiful comforter pink where it lay. It didn't even get wet or dirty, it just lay in my bed for several days and shed the color. I'm so empty I can't even return it because I was so happy with the product after seeing it and using it once that I threw away the packaging knowing I wanted to keep it. It's a terrible shame because everything else about the quilt is great. It was heavier than I expected, very soft, perfect size. Sitting under it is very soothing. But when I saw what he did to my blanket, I threw it on the floor and haven't done anything with it since. I have a light sofa and lots of light clothes. I feel like I can't use it without risking destroying my other stuff. The label says the duvet isn't washable, so I can't even try to wash it a few times and see if the excess color comes off and doesn't bleed anymore like it does with jeans. Very disappointed.
