The ability to pull data into our CRM system as well as have access through mobile devices was very helpful! We had challenges with some of their older features not working correctly or being outdated/irrelevant but those issues were quickly resolved by contacting support staff directly via phone call (which we really appreciated). Would love if they could provide better customer service options during peak hours - e.g., providing agents who are knowledgeable about your account so you don't need repeated calls back & forth asking simple questions like "how do I change my contact information?" Also would be great if there wasn’t such lag between when someone changes something within Account 360 vs making it available throughout other systems immediately.
