I spend 8-14 hours a day on my computer and my posture suffers. It's PERFECT when I'm at work. It helps hold my shoulders back and properly align my neck. I would just say it works under clothes if you are a man. My clothes are too tight/different cuts for it to work under my clothes. I love that it comes with comfy straps that you can tuck under your arms otherwise it digs in a bit. I'm quite small and the straps are pulled as tight as possible, but there's plenty of room to adjust if you're taller. I would recommend following the directions in time to wear it every day - I started with longer than recommended and ended up with tension headaches. You have been warned!
