I made something similar but without the swivel, that's the difference! It wasn't easy to get the swivel attachment out of the box, but it gets easier with use. The stick doesn't feel strong and I think the brush will last longer. I can attach the broom when it slows down. I like the scraper to draw water out of the work area and help it dry faster. I went a little crazy when he arrived and washed two of the bathroom floors and part of the kitchen with just water. It's a good tool and money well spent.
