Review on Incase CL55452 Compact Backpack for 15 Inch laptops by Natalie Martin

I wanted to love this backpack. This is a good form factor for everyday business environments. I work in healthcare and carry my backpack between hospitals, clinics and professional facilities so appreciate the design. I also found a pocket for everything I need and I love the faux fur lined top quick access pocket as it is large and has lots of room. The shoulder straps are well padded, and the back of the backpack is also padded. The backpack distributes the weight very well and doesn't seem too big on me (I'm a 5'0" female). Now for the cons. I was sent back for a warranty replacement 3 months after purchase due to a broken stitching on the strap. Me was walking around with my repair request (please note if the support team is not attending to you or your faulty bag) having finally received it once a courteous replacement, here I am 2 months later with the inner mesh pocket that has itself separated from the elastic.keep your fingers off the bag and look at the aer bags which seem to be of amazing quality.I will carry this backpack until it falls apart completely (which is coming soon) and then about the purchase considering an Aer work bag Disappointing.
