I purchased this product and was shocked when we received it. The product came in a box no larger than 12 inches high. The product looks bigger in the photo than it actually is. A cat that is standing is likely to be at least 12 inches tall. The entire cat tree (which I didn't realize when I ordered) is 36 inches tall. My cat, who is 2 years old and very small for her size, couldn't even figure out how to turn around when she entered the bottom cube. He was too small to turn around, so he had to back off. The cylinder above the lower cube shows the space between the cube and the cylinder. There was no space. This product is not worth the money and should only be bought for a kitten for a short period of time. In addition, the product is unstable because it is very light. My cat jumped on him and knocked him over. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Also, I had to pay $20 shipping to return this item which meant I lost a lot of money due to the misleading product photo.
