I get a lot of hair fall during the day and I hate sweeping the floors - they're all over the house! I started wearing a light beige shower cap but it made my head sweat and my husband started calling me Martha Washington - it was like the hats women wore back then! I take nutritional supplements, but still wanted a hat for hygiene reasons. I bought these hair nets in black (black goes better with my dark brown hair color) and they are PERFECT! Light, very comfortable and above all breathable!
