The overall quality of this product is good. This is definitely made to last. The problem is that water flow restrictors are so effective that you will have very little flow. We actually drilled through the center of the show head to improve flow and it worked. On a portable device, we were able to remove the limiter entirely. Anyway it's well made and I'm sure the shackles are up to industry standards but you have won You will have no appearance of water pressure without modifying the fittings Also note: you will need to purchase a diverter - this is a fairing kit only so what you see in the photo you will receive If replacing existing fittings is this is the thing you want.If you are installing a new shower and running new plumbing you will need more parts.This isn't a knock on the product it's really more like FYI.
