Review on Replacement Extension Receptacle 3 Conductor Straight by Jose Mcdaniel

The attached photos sum up the situation quite well - The item I received was CLEARLY USED. When I opened the package I was greeted by a plastic wrapper that had a huge hole in it. where someone ripped it open to get at the cord. Then when I pulled the drawstring out of the bag (what was left of it) there was a big sticky drop of glue on the flap of the bag. The stripped ends of the cable were then frayed where someone had obviously connected it to a device. So since I have a deadline and don't have time to send it back and wait for another one, I cleaned the cord of excrement, checked for integrity (since I have no idea WHY it was sent back), cut off the cord with frayed wires and installs it. Luckily it worked properly. I've suspected in the past that some of the items I've received have been returned, but this one is so obvious it's ridiculous.
