This is an account of what I was told. This man has never used oil or balm on his huge beard. I have read and watched YouTube videos on beard grooming so I can give tips. (I used to be a beautician, so I'm interested in hair and skin). I gave him fine, pure olive oil and bay leaf soap (from Cozy Mall) to wash his face. He said the soap softens his beard and moisturizes his skin. (He never washed his beard with anything but liquid soap, sigh). He liked the way his beard felt. I then gave him this balm. He applied some and rubbed it into his beard and skin. He said his beard had been tamed and softened. I asked if the smell was too strong and he said no he liked the smell. (Sandalwood is one of my favorite scents, so I was excited to be able to "steal" a nearly used nail jar). I sniffed it and the smell was very light but noticeable. Nice sandalwood scent. Egyptian sandalwood side. I think Indian sandalwood is the epitome of paradise, and Egyptian sandalwood is second. Overall, the price and how well the balm turned into an oil and then absorbed fully into his hair and skin, I think this is a great balm that I will continue to buy from him. Like every year, he grows a snow-white beard until Christmas and then shaves it. I told him not to wear a beard and keep it healthy and he will always look beautiful. I'll buy him a new can when this one's almost done.
