These Sony headphones completely solve this problem. They slip over your ear (or at least over most people's ears. Some reviews suggest this isn't their thing) and stay in place during workouts. The earbuds face forward (rather than inward like most earbuds) so the audio is loud enough to hide your heavy breathing during exercise. While I can't claim these are my best-sounding headphones, they're not intended for everyday listening on the go - they're meant to serve as my favorite pair to put on and forget during my workout. not to say that they sound bad - far from it. They're good enough to pump out any beat that motivates you to go the extra mile or complete an extra set. And despite the fact that I've probably been sweating over all of these things, they're still going strong. There are no rubber liners to worry about or worry about. The cord is long enough so you can keep your music device in your pocket, on your arm, or wherever you want to put your MP3 player (if you don't have a player or disc paddle) while you work out. A word of caution: because these headphones point towards the front of your ear rather than inwards, those around you can hear what you're hearing - which can be a bit uncomfortable depending on the music genre and where you like to play. your workout.
