First off I was a bit skeptical based on the reviews so here's the deal: I'm 5'8", 174 lbs, athletic. I usually wear a small shirt and 31x32 or 30x32 pants - I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly. I didn't want to be small because I needed a place to breathe. If you like tight pieces, order this robe to match your shirt. If you need a breather order a medium i did!wash in cold water let air dry.All my pieces came together and it is exactly as described.I am very glad
