Installed on a 2009 RAV4 for use with a Pioneer AVH-W4400NEX head unit. I liked that it had to be plugged into outlets that were on a 12V source. While it fits and snaps perfectly, it's not very tight and can wiggle slightly (noticeably) with a finger. When I unplug the USB cable, I use my other hand to hold the rest of the device. It can stay, but I do it out of habit. He just looks so free. I have no doubt you could easily pry it up to make it a tighter fit, but it serves the purpose and is not used much in our car. It's more of a "just in case" backup. However, if you use this thing on a daily basis, I would work on attaching something around the device to hold it in place more firmly. I liked how another reviewer put cotter pins through the back of the hooks to even out play. Based on where I installed it, I didn't have the luxury of accessing the back panel when it was there, but if you do, this is one of the workarounds. Both the USB and 3.5 ports are solid and functional. I would give 4.5 out of 5 as the setup isn't perfect but as there are no half stars I would say 5 is more accurate as technically it doesn't go wrong or crash.
