I like everything about this monitor except the fact that the charger on the monitor is very delicate. You have to make sure your charger is perfectly inserted into the screen, otherwise it won't turn on or work. Also, I've only had the monitor for a month and couldn't be mobile with the screen anymore. It only worked when connected to the network. I tried contacting support but never got an answer. I run a kindergarten, so it's a shame that I can only be in the same room with the monitor on. Screen quality and sound quality are fantastic, but all loading tests are terrible.
