One of my new favorite treatments! Add some anti-aging oil and then start massaging with @sacheubeauty stainless steel gouache (this was sent to me). This product is very high quality and glides easily on my skin. I've been obsessed since I got it! π β Gua Sha comes from China and Southeast Asia. This is the "scratch/spoon/hunt" method you use with a massager to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, reshape and potentially slow the rate of aging. a licensed cosmetologist or professional to understand how to use the method correctly. I also recommend that you use a stainless steel gouache tool like this one instead of a jade tool as jade is porous and traps bacteria.
