This is the third time I have had something like this. The first added ten minutes every hour. The seller offered me a replacement. Hands fell off the second for the first two weeks of use. At 11:00 the hour hand is at 11 and the minute hand is at 4. The seller offered me a replacement. I had this for six weeks when the "leather" strap broke into three layers. The top layer is plastic, the middle layer is felt, the bottom layer is synthetic. I have contacted Revain to request a refund and have received no response from either Revain or the seller.
