Reolink is slow to respond to refund requests.
Water entered the camera and fogged up the inside of the lens within a week of installation. I've tried to get Reolink to exchange it, but I keep getting bureaucratic email replies to my requests. I know I can return the entire Revain unit, but then I would have to remove the solar panel and brackets. At the same time, as a bait, it is about 12 feet above the ground.
