I bought this for the Hermione Granger costume which is a size 20.5 plus. I usually wear a women's size 16" and am 5'8". The top was a bit short for my torso, but that doesn't bother me. I had the same problem when I was 5ft 8in in seventh grade. , which is why I was expecting it ^.^ The hem goes to the middle of my kneecap which is amazing. I was worried it was too short. Bund sits exactly as it should. Despite being 100% polyester, the material is very comfortable. I actually really like the fit of the skirt and I could imagine wearing it after Halloween. Without the top, this would be a very stylish and flattering work outfit. So, to all you adult women wondering if this fits you, measure yourself and compare those numbers to the size chart and dress size chart on the French Toast website. you must be golden However, I would prefer a regular skirt to a sweater if you are over 5ft 4in or so tall.
