If, like me, you're looking for a 100% cotton pouch for chemical sensitivity and environmental concerns, these bags are not for you. Not only are they individually wrapped in plastic, and the set is also in plastic, but the lining is polyester and the lining is foam. The release of gas caused me to have an asthma attack. If I didn't need it for an upcoming trip I would return it. Instead I hand washed one and removed the lining from the other (pictured) and hand washed. I'll see which option gives the greatest smoke reduction. I've bought other canvas items in the same fabric (pictured) in the past and they are just cotton canvas material inside and out so I figured they would be the same. Three stars because they are well made, with finished seams and the same quality on all three pockets.
