We bought this computer for our daughter. Little did I know it had been refurbished and the computer was more of a backup if her school chrome book wasn't working. The device has been used maybe 10 times since February. Then, in August, we contacted Dell to find out why we couldn't reach that location to download Windows. We were told that the warranty has expired. So we decided to contact the place where we bought. They seemed nice and willing to work with us. We sent the computer back and waited for our new device. It didn't even turn on. We then contacted them to let them know it took them forever to contact us where they informed us that we were tagged at their company. So swap out the lemon for a lemon to follow Revane's return protocol, and then tell us to back off. We spend tons of money on Revain every day and will never see another penny from us. I will also make sure everyone knows what crappy product you are selling.
