This is my first PC and I love it so far. Overall, this is a really great product, but I do have a few minor criticisms. 1) Some keys on the keyboard (Left Shift and Spacebar) are a bit messed up. The right side of one of my layers is noticeably turned down, making it a little harder to press if you're a fast typist. The top corners of the spacebar are also turned up, but that doesn't affect its use. 2) (This has only happened once so far) When I'm online all my tabs freeze. However, this is not a big problem as all you have to do is restart your device to fix it. First reaction: Straight out of the box it's slim and light and very nice to look at. The laptop is very easy and quick to set up. After a few minutes I got to the main screen of the product and started configuring it. There are many really expensive laptops out there that cost a lot more and do the same thing. So if you're trying to find your first PC, I highly recommend it. Here are a few other good things about this product: 1) Low price for a high quality product (IMO) 2) Intel Core processor 3) I personally find the touchpad click to be very nice 4) You can create digital art (with a drawing tablet). ) 5) It will be a great laptop for birthday or Christmas present. Hope that helps!
