I never has a sleeping mask before, but thought I would give this a shot. The mask is smooth on the outside and inside. Being able to make the gel pack cool or warm is an added bonus. I like mine cool, and the cool lasts for than a minute or two. I liked it so much I got one for my brother who has some eye issues and I thought the warm gel pack would help circulation.
