Very cute and high quality material. I was expecting to pay $30 for it at a department store. Great for my average height six year old. elastic material. It goes just below her knees. She loves wearing it over the Christmas holidays. This is a durable, thick material that works well in cool weather. Comfortable too. Reminds me of something I could make a scarf out of. It doesn't actually spin, instead taking on an ephemeral bell shape as it spins. Some girls like it :) I think it's a "beautiful" skirt and gives a sophisticated look to the outfits.
