Decently made product but so far it seems to be primarily geared towards Lightroom and Photoshop when it works. So if you use other creative software, this device is NOT for you yet. I bought it to speed up my video editing workflow according to their descriptions and paid for YouTuber review videos but was very disappointed. Basic functions such as rotary controls, vertical or horizontal adjustment of color wheels are not yet available. I can't even set up one of the keys to work as a shift or control key. I've read their pathetic forum, emailed support, and made comments outside of their social media only to get vague answers on these core features and "stay updated". .No, if this thing is primarily for photography, then fine, say so and don't advertise otherwise, but presenting it as a fully customizable interface for most major creative programs is incredibly misleading. I've been struggling with this for about 5 days, but as a busy freelancer I don't have hours to waste to get the new tool working as advertised. I was expecting a learning curve, but not the lack of the most obvious functionality. It might be worth buying this thing in a year or two after they meet the demands of the multidisciplinary professional showing all the ads.
