If it works, it's good. But it just doesn't work anymore after a while.

We bought this to use with our Dell laptops. When we first connect to the laptop the ports seem to work, but eventually it stops working and we can't get it to work again unless we disconnect and try again later. We mainly use it to connect ethernet to a laptop for study, but sometimes we want to add a mouse or keyboard. I love that it has 3 USB ports plus LAN and other options. I just wish we knew why it doesn't work consistently.
