5000K is white and 2700K is warm yellow like an incandescent bulb. These are white. They are brighter than the typical 30-70-100 equivalent. Aside from not being warm they are great if you want 2 bulbs to light up an entire room with a 300w equivalent of two table lamps. This is the equivalent of 50-100-150 watts.
