We only received these boots yesterday so my 2 year old hasn't worn them outside yet. I'll update when we do. However, I wanted to say how happy I am with these boots! Our toddler has a very high instep and it is very difficult to find shoes that fit me. These boots slipped right onto my feet! He tiptoes, which was also a problem with running/walking. These boots are truly amazing for his balance and foot offset as the high top style keeps him from tiptoeing. Can't wait to use them outside and in the rain and see if they really stay dry. Overall, the boot feels very soft and comfortable. As. Regarding the size, one review said to increase the size of the interior padding. He wears size 7.5/8 tennis shoes and I ordered 9 of them. They seem to be a good size with about 3/4 inch of extra room so will last a while.
