Luggage cracked the first time used.
My granddaughter was very happy when she received her new set of luggage she was very happy. However the very first time using and taking the small one on a trip where she had to fly, when she retrieved her bag from the baggage area, the back of it had a crack. I believe this to be either poor quality or a defect.
