Bought this dress for my daughter's christening and it was exactly what I was looking for! The skirt is layered and fluffy, perfect for a special occasion. There are no zips between the legs so the fit is more flexible, but it also means the skirt will keep riding up when held tight. They provide a matching diaper cover so it's not a big deal.
