This shirt fits well, is soft and has just the right amount of stretch so it doesn't feel like the shirt is pulling. I use it in my martial arts classes just to give you an idea of what it's used for. I bought a large and it fits snugly without being tight. I'm male, 5ft 6in, 175lbs, athletic build.
