SOFT AND UNEVEN: BEDS AND FURNITURE

Came in a crumpled vacuum bag. The inner pad is unattached and has nothing to hold it in place such as a clip. B. Velcro so it keeps moving out of position. The inner pillow is also uneven, so part of it has no pillow on the other side. The walls of the cave are flexible, they seem to fall in on themselves. Pets still use it, but it would be nice if it actually sat like the picture shows.
