I would like to pre-emptively state that this 2 star rating is not my final rating. It oscillates between an acceptable answer, that this is my first time ordering here, and an unacceptable answer. Other than that I'm generally very happy with this order, this is my first order. Not only does the product live up to the description and promises in the ad, I was pleasantly surprised at how much better they look in person. I only have one issue with the order and that is that one set of plugs had a broken wire/connection and the other two just didn't work. If they are replaced I will happily order again and give 5 stars.
