This dryer is excellent. I thought I had posted a review but luckily I didn't because now I can post my experience with the dryer and customer service. First I will check the dyer. The hair dryer's matte blue metallic finish is beautiful. It's lightweight and dries quickly, but the heat doesn't damage my hair. The buttons/controls are easy to use and it has a very long cord. The performance of this hair dryer is equivalent to that of a super expensive professional hair dryer. The price is fair. Unfortunately, I'm not sure why I started hearing a rattling noise and I was worried that it might stop working due to an electrical issue. I contacted the manufacturer and they immediately responded with a friendly message and offered to replace the hair dryer. I received it within 3 days after providing my address as he/she requested. MARVELOUS! Sometimes we put a lot of emphasis on looking at properties like color, performance, etc., but I think customer service is extremely important to me when it comes to recommending or repurchasing a product. Great, excellent!
