I like how simple it is to set up filtering rules for incoming email from various sources such as Gmail or Outlook. It's easy enough even if you're not technical at all! One thing about SpamFighter (and most other similar tools) - If there are issues in your account settings (e.g., too many blocked messages), they won't tell you until after blocking thousands of emails. They don't have any way to send out an alert before locking down large amounts of inboxes so users can correct errors without losing their messages.
